Troubleshooting
1. When I try to register, what should I do if I don't receive the PIN code?
First, just press the request button once and wait for the reply. It takes a few seconds for the message to be sent and then a countdown will automatically appear on the screen.
Secondly, be sure to check both your email inbox and junk mail for receipt of the PIN code.
Third, check that you have typed the e-mail address correctly.
2. In the PATTERN mode, what should I do if the button and the button not working properly?
Check that you are following these instructions: Click on the button to keep the vibration at the level you last marked in the pattern. Click on the and create a pattern that you want to repeat in a loop. When you are finished, click the again for the loop to start playing.
3. What should I do if my friends cannot find my username?
Check that the SEARCH ME BY EMAIL and SEARCH ME BY USER NAME options are activated correctly. To find them, you must press the SETTINGS icon located in the bottom menu and then ADDITIONAL SETTINGS.
4. What should I do if I cannot hear my friend during a video call?
First, make sure that the volume of both devices involved in the call is turned on and at a level that can be heard.
If the same problem persists, it is recommended to close the application completely and reopen it.
5. What should I do if the MICROPHONE mode does not pick up sounds correctly?
You can adjust the sensitivity of the microphone using the controller on the bottom line. Towards the far left the sensitivity increases so that the vibrations are high/intense and towards the far right the sensitivity decreases completely.
6. What should I do if I cannot connect my toy by scanning the QR code?
Try either of the following two ways to connect the toy to the application:
- First, you can scan the QR code located on the toy box or in the user manual.
- Secondly, you can type in the product code to connect it. Try the first code, if you can't connect it, try the second code corresponding to LEGACY for Inspiration and Palpitation toys.
7. What should I do if the application suddenly closes or does not work properly when I use it?
It is very important to check if the version of the application you downloaded is the latest one. You can check the latest version of the application at the following links:

8. When I call a contact having synchronised my toy, but my contact does not see the toy's controls, is it a mistake?
In order to control a toy during a video call, the call must be made from the FRIENDS button in the modes menu.
9. Why doesn't my device sync with the toy?
This may be due to a number of reasons:
- Bluetooth is disabled: the user must enable it and try again.
- No location permissions: The user must give location permissions to the application.
- Verify that you are connecting with the correct code. See Question 6.
- Check that your mobile phone has internet or mobile data activated.
- Check that your mobile phone has aeroplane mode deactivated.
