Accept all phone permissions (Bluetooth, microphone, camera and location) for the application to work smoothly.

I don't receive the PIN code when I register, what should I do?

1Check the folders of "Junk mail"." or "Spam" in your email.

2See also other mail tabs (Promotions, Notifications...).

3Confirm that your email address is spelled correctly.

4Wait for 2 minutes. Do not ask for the code several times in a row to prevent the system from locking up.

In PATTERN mode, the BUCLE and FLOAT buttons do not work properly. How do I use them?

Button BUCLE

1Press the button "Loop".

2Slide your finger over the touch panel to create a rhythm.

3When remove your finger, The pattern will start repeating automatically.

4Press again "Loop" to stop playback.

FLOAT button

Press to set the power to the level you want. The toy will vibrate steadily even if you release the control.

LINEAR mode

Replaces the touchpad with a vertical bar. Slide up or down to adjust the intensity. Also supports Loop and Float.

My friends can't find my username, how do I fix this?

1Click on the Configuration (bottom bar).

2Enter in "Additional configuration".".

3Activate the switches "Find me by mail"." and "Find me by username".".

I can't hear my friend during a video call, what should I do?

1Raise the maximum mobile phone volume.

2Disconnect the Bluetooth headset in case the sound is being redirected there.

3Close the app and log in again to refresh the audio.

The MICROPHONE mode does not pick up the sound properly, how do I calibrate it?

Adjust the sensitivity with the bottom bar of the screen:

+ To vibrate more, move the bar to the right.

− To vibrate less, move the bar to the left.

Make sure your hand is not covering the phone's microphone.

I can't connect my toy to the app, what do I do?

All models appear on the main screen with their silhouette and colour. Follow these steps:

1Activate the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and switch on the toy.

2Locate your model on the main screen and click on its icon. If you have different versions or colours, select yours before finishing.

3Wait a few seconds. The LED light will flash during synchronisation and will remain fixed when ready.

Make sure the toy has sufficient battery power. A low battery may prevent connection.

The app closes by itself or does not work properly, what do I do?

1Check that you have the latest version installed from the Play Store or App Store.

2Close other apps open to free up memory.

3Turn the mobile off and on if the problem persists.

I call a contact but he doesn't see the toy's controls. Is it a mistake?

For the controls to appear during the video call, you must start the call from the correct place:

1Enter the "Modes Menu".".

2Press the button "FRIENDS" you'll see in there.

3Call your contact from that place.

Don't use the "Friends" button on the bottom bar - if you call from there, the toy controls will not appear.

My device won't sync with the toy, why?

Carry out these 4 checks:

Bluetooth - on

Location - active permit

Internet - Wi-Fi or data

Battery - loaded toy

The app displays the battery level of the toy in real time. If the indicator shows red or no signal, charge the toy before trying to connect it.
