Return policy

In accordance with current legislation, the products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 7 days from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer. For this, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established in the LAW 47/2002, of December 19, reforming Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into the Spanish legal system of Directive 97/7 / CE, in the matter of contracts remotely, and for the adaptation of the Law to various Community Directives.
• Products subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
• Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, specifically assembled according to a specified design in a configuration, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• Article 45. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Unless otherwise agreed, the provisions of the previous article will not be applicable to the following contracts:

• a) Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
• b) Contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• c) Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use .
• d) Contracts for the supply of daily newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
• All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise Athorkey reserves the right to refuse the return.
• Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if so indicated.
• Both the shipping costs and the return costs, including customs and local taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Payments via bank transfer for returns will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 7 days.
